Ideal for skiers, the well-preserved village of Praz sur Arly is nestled in the heart of the Alps, and represents a fine example of a traditional village in a charming region.

Due to the proximity of Mont Blanc, there is excellent snow cover, and the area enjoys a favourable climate. Spend time on the pistes: Praz sur Arly is linked to the Crêt du Midi by the Flumet and the Notre Dame de Bellecombe pistes. Domaine Val d’Arly is 1036-2030 m, with 150 km of downhill pistes.

The cross-country pistes are linked with Megève, to which there is free access. The latest development to the ski-area of Praz sur Arly is the Ban Rouge chairlift, which has added an extra dimension to the ski area. The opening up of this new territory provides the door to a huge off-piste area with extraordinary views of Mont Blanc and the surrounding valleys.

For your convenience you can order your ski passes for the Winter 2007-2008 season, which can be purchased on arrival, with a 5% discount.

Facilities at the residence include spa pool, sauna, satellite television(with supplement) , outdoor parking, a large reception/lounge area with fireplace, and breakfast room. The 37 lodges can welcome from 2 to 8 people and are comfortably equipped with living room with Sofa-Bed – kitchenette including Dish-Washer, 2 or 4 hotplates, refrigerator, microwave oven with grill – bathroom or shower – separate WC, and their own

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 17:00 hours until 20:00 hours.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 6.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Deposit

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 7.00 per night and person in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

this deposit is payable at the moment of Check-In and is a 100% reimbursed if:
